i started drawing this out last friday night after watching Speed Racer lol at the time i loved it, but then i went back to it a night or two ago and thought it looked stupid...so i reworked it and there ya have it lol

yeah..idk about everyone else but i thought the movie was actually pretty awesome despite a few random parts that were maybe a little overkill with the 'little kids are going to watch this' kind of aspect but i loved the direction they took it in with all the colors and everything X3
so i felt the need to do some fanart of it lol

and here's an example of what i meant in my journal about experimenting with color and stuff...not the best example, but i think you get the point.

(did a few photomanips in this cause i was lazy...(speed and the hubcaps) i was lazy and didn't wanna draw speed, although i drew over him to make him fit in with the rest of the drawing better....and i had a hard time with making the hubcaps looklike they were moving instead of just scribbles )
